THE COMPETITION WILL BE HELD AT PORTER HIGH SCHOOL IN BROWNSVILLE, TEXAS. 

GENERAL INFORMATION

Registration Opens - Now

Registration Deadline - January 5th, 2024

Payment Deadline - January 17th, 2024

SCHEDULE

We will send a tentative schedule out first to the primary director/coach. Then, we will post a final schedule online after directors have had 48 hours to approve the schedule or request changes. The final schedule will be posted online the Wednesday before the contest date.

A Director Packet will be e-mailed prior to the contest date with general information.

REFUND POLICIES

Refunds must be requested at least 14 days prior to competition in writing. Phone calls will NOT be accepted as formal requests for cancellations. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the competition date will receive 50% of their registration fees. A no-show, scratch, or cancellation on the day of event will not be refunded.

No refunds will be given due to inclement weather conditions unless the contest is cancelled.

All fees must be paid prior to competing.
